WIP

This is our Work In Progress (WIP) page....the new stuff we are developing. We use a rapid development strategy, where we create lo-fidelity versions of a course and then quickly iterate to incorporate feedback and progressively increase the course quality and fidelity. This enables us to quickly explore ideas and find out what really works. Once we have a commercially viable course for release we remove it from this page. We like this approach because we can create content far faster than developing a complete story board up front - kinda like the agile pejorative of BUFD - Big Up Front Design. Many times it means we have to rework content, but we find this far faster and less wasteful that the BUFD approach.

Of course we don't go into this without any plan in place at all. There is an intentional part to this process, we set out some learning objectives, and the story we want to tell - After all story telling is the foundation of our training approach. Then we quickly create an MVP....there will likely be some refactoring, then we repeat it again. We work in short 1 week cycles.

This is after all how we tell our clients to work. So if its good enough for our clients, it should be good enough for us.
